A. The plan year begins July 1 and ends June 30. You have until October 31 to make a claim for any expenses incurred July 1 through September 15. ie: Plan year beginning 7/1/08 and ending 6/30/09, claims must be submitted for expenses incurred between 7/01/09 and 9/15/09 by 10/31/09, or the remaining funds will be forfeited.
