If you are a Corporate Adviser, Solicitor or Accountant you need to register your own firm with the FiSMA web site. Once registered follow the instructions received and you may assist as many of your client companies to add their respective business proposals to the web site as you wish. Note that by adding your clients in this fashion you will be responsible for the FiSMA charges. You have a choice of either displaying your contact details or your client’s contact details on their web page. We imagine that unless you are an Authorised Person you will wish to display your client’s details so they have direct initial contact with potential investors.
