The simplest and most effective way, currently, is to send an email message to the developer requesting support. Another effective way is to open a new bug via the sourceforge project page. However you choose to report your problem, please provide as much detail as possible. If the developer(s) cannot reproduce your problem, it becomes a lot harder to fix it.
