I am having trouble logging into iBranch!, what can I do?
• Make sure you have a compatible browser and operating system (see below) • Make sure cookies are enabled (almost always they are enabled) • In Internet Explorer, Click on Tools, Then Internet Options, General, go to the Temporary Internet files section and click “Delete Files”, then • On that same screen, click on the Settings button, then click on the option that says “Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page” • Lastly, restart your computer
