Yes, the manufacturing facility is registered with the FDA but to avoid the red tape of having to register ourselves as a food supplier for this purpose with the US authorities we only supply to US buyers where the package is marked as “for research and analysis purposes only” and we only supply to US buyers willing to buy under this condition of sale.
