I am proud to say that I have the process refined to an extremely safe and reliable service. We use FedEx & USPS as they are reliable and we have no problems with their service. The default insurance value is $100. I also give each customer a personal $100 Safe Delivery Guarantee of my own money on top of the carrier insurance as I am confident your items will be delivered safely. If, for example, your package was lost, if it is not found on the 3rd day, as long as you did deliver it to FedEx or USPS in person and had them scan it into the system, then I will send you a check for $100 to you right away. You can then collect the insurance from the carrier as well for the amount you selected. I will also say this, I have never had a package lost or mishandled by FedEx or USPS and that is why I use them. I regularly use their service to deliver packages with values exceeding $20,000. and have never had any problems.
