Yes. I have installed residential garage doors for the past eight years and this is a relatively common problem. You will have a one inch overhang on either side and one inch overhang at the top. The only other alternative is to have your installer or company order a special order door. This is fairly common and should take no more than two weeks to come in from the manufacturer.
