I am preparing a re-launch of my web site and need to cancel my NetMechanic account and/or delete the URL that is being tested. How do I do this?
When canceling an account or removing a URL from testing all you need to do is the following: • Log into your account with your User Name and Password. • Once in your account select the “Delete Toolbox Subscription” link. • You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the URL. Select Yes. • Once all the URL’s are deleted from your account you will no longer have any billable events against your method of payment. Your User Name and Password will remain active in case you desire testing at a later date.
