Your PC’s browser most likely has its “Pop-Up blocker” enabled. The pop-up blocker will prevent the pop-up window that allows you to select the printer to print on. This can be resolved by either turning off all pop-up blockers or turn off pop-up blocking for Eprescribing.com.
