Make sure you are trying to run it on one of the above mentioned OSs and that you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or later. If everything seems to be ok, please open up a ticket here. Please give your OS details such as Service Pack numbers and the error that you are getting.

• Please verify whether you have JDK 1.5. • Open up the command prompt, CD to ETS installation directory (c:\>cd ), and run viewer.bat (or writer.bat) ( c:\ets>reader ) It will show you the error message. Please copy that error message and send it to us by opening up a ticket here.
