I am using the WebCT Powerlink for TurnitinUK, I could see the originality report before but know I get a message to say the report is unavailable?

Occasionally, you will go into your TurnitinUK drop box in WebCT and can no longer view an Originality report that had been generated. You will see the following error messages: “This report is currently unavailable” (left screen) and “There are no matching sources for this report” (right screen) To resolve this issue, click ‘roster sync’ to update the class roster for the course. Once you have done this the reports will display correctly.
