There was a problem in WebCamDV version 2.0. This has been resolved with version 2.1. Please download from here and install over your existing copy. You will not lose your license. The trial version works great, but when I try to purchase I get the error, “eSellerate software requires updating. (error = 3969:1197)” This error is indicating that you have an old version of the eSellerate engine, and the engine is having trouble self updating possibly due to a firewall. You will have to go to this link, http://www.esellerate.net/esellerate_update.asp and download and run the ‘Updater for Windows’. This will update the engine and then the purchase should go through fine. The newest engine doesn’t have any problems with firewalls.
