I bought a new device, installed TopSuDoKu on the new device and tried to use the registration code I had but it does not work, what is wrong?
In many cases, the HotSync Id on your new device is not exactly the same as the one on the older device, this causes a mismatch between the old registration code which was based on the old HotSync ID. To resolve this, please send us the new hotsync ID of your new device and we’ll generate a new working registration code for you.
