Its extremely important with non-oem cartridges that the vacuum seal is removed before fitting cartridges to the printer to allow ink to flow into the lines. If this step was overlooked, please follow this ink line repriming procedure to remedy the situation. 1. Remove the cartridges from the printer. 2. Remove the pull-off vacuum seal tags. 3. Refit cartridges to the printer. 4. Download the correct colour ink line primer pattern from Here 5. Print one full page of each colour for each cartridge changed or if all were changed, print one page of multi-coloured pattern. 6. Print a normal test page to inspect the results. 7. If results are the same, please redo the procedure. 8. If cartridges still fail to print after undertaking such priming twice, it is most likely there is an actual problem with the print head components in the printer.
