I can not find the option for changing the security setting in my version of Excel. What should I do?
Excel97 does not have the menu option Tools | Macro | Security to set the level of security to medium as described in the Manual addendum (Manual Page ii). You should be able to just open the spreadsheet directly. A security dialogue box will open. Select “Enable macros” and then click OK (see Manual Page 3).
