I cannot get the autolength detection feature to work on my Fujitsu M3099A scanner. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. Fujitsu has confirmed that this scanner never had that feature and cannot be upgraded. The new M3099EH/EX scanners do have that feature and a driver is now available for them on our Web site. Please see the question below.
