The rear window visor install on this vehicle requires that the steel fortified rubber trim be pulled down to install the clips. This trim will only come down a maximum of ½ to ¾ inches before it bottoms out on the door frame inside the main body of the door. This is enough to install your mounting clips. Ensure that the door window glass is down as far as it can go and then pull moderate pressure on the trim to pull it down the required ½ inch. Having the vehicle out in the heat will also assist in getting this trim to come down. Then follow the instructions to install the hardware and product.
