If installing the latest drivers for your graphics card doesn’t fix it, you’ll need a different card. (It’s often possible to select a different, compatible card that doesn’t have the required colours or resolution, so make sure the drivers you selected are for the exact model you have.

Something is wrong with the drivers or the game itself; try reinstalling and updating the video card drivers, completely uninstalling the previous ones. Also, it could be a problem with your account, maybe buying a modded gta pc account will be a good idea because there will definitely work everything + you get a bunch of useful, cool items. Maybe your PC is too old for the GTA5? It seems that your GPU is very slow and your PC doesn’t have enough power for running well the GTA 5. Try to boost up a little your PC and I think it GTA will start working. But I’ve found a very good alternative, I’ve downloaded the GTA 5 for android from https://gta5portable.com/ Really nice because I can play it whenever I’m and it is very interesting because the missiona are at the top. Sometimes we are playing together with friends when we want to have fun.
