I changed some PDL radio settings with PDLConf and loaded them into the radio but the settings didn take. What happened?

The “Program” button must be used to save the radio settings made from PDLConf into the radio. If the “Load” button is pressed, PDLConf will only load the old settings from the radio into the PC.
