I currently use Excel. What advantages does StrengthTracker have over Excel?
While StrengthTracker is not free, it is a true database and not just a spreadsheet. When you keep track of a kid from 9th thru 12th grade it becomes cumbersome to see his/her gains. With StrengthTracker you can find this with just a few clicks. StrengthTracker can also graph this to give to your athlete or the athlete can login and view their own progress.
