From feedback we have received, StrengthTracker is more user-friendly than both of these programs, plus these products are stand-alone. So if your hardware ever dies then the program and your data die with it. With StrengthTracker your data is safe and secure on a web server. Simply launch a browser, login to StrengthTracker, and it is business as usual. Plus you can login from any machine that connects to the internet.
