I downloaded the package and filled all the fields and clicked “Check Package for Errors” button, it gives “Validation Passed” message, but why isn “Save & Submit” getting enabled?
First “Save” your package, then “Save & Submit” will become enabled. I clicked “Save & Submit” and got “Save As” window to save the application package instead of saving it, I clicked cancel on “Save As” window and got grants.gov applicant login JavaScript window. Why did I get kicked out? This is a known issue.
