I encountered problem when click on download link in text message from RoadComm with my iDen phone?
Most GSM and CDMA phones support OTA (Over The Air) download, while iDen phones doesn’t thus you can use cable to upload from your PC to phone. For Next el phones, we have the ability to push LifeInPocket directly to your phone via Nextel’s management server. Please make sure that you keep your phone on for 48 hours. Nextel’s database sometimes does not reflect your data subscription accordingly thus if you don’t see LifeInPocket in your phone’s Application folder after 48 hours, you may need to contact Sprint to correct their database record or simply upload using cable.
