However, if no arrangement can be found or seller does not reply to your message, Contact our customer service, in order for CDandLP.com to register your complaint and forward it to the seller. As soon as he receives the parcel back we will be able to refund you or the seller will be able to ship it again after you renew payment of the shipping costs.
