First, be sure you have requested and received a new license file for your machine and that it is saved with the correct file name in the appropriate directory. For Windows 32-bit, Linux 32-bit, Solaris, or HP-UX platforms, the license file should be named gauss.lic and saved in the FLEXlm subdirectory under GAUSS. For all other platforms, the license file should be named g.gkf and saved in the main GAUSS directory.
