I get a Runtime error while trying to login to IBackup Drive. Why?
Some versions of eFax or j2 Messenger may impact the IBackup Drive application. If you have installed the latest version of the aforesaid applications, then follow the steps listed below to ensure that the application functions smoothly. Start > Programs > eFax/j2 Messenger > Messenger Tools > Live Menu Settings >’Hide All and click the ‘OK’ button.
