1. Turn of pop-up blocker. THIS IS NOT THE RECOMMENDED SOLUTION. You can disable pop-up blocker by opening Internet Explorer, clicking “Tools” on the bar at the top of the screen, choosing “Internet Options” on the resulting drop-down menu, clicking the “Privacy” tab on the window that opens, then removing the check-mark in the box at the bottom of that screen that is labeled “Block Pop-ups”. 2. The RECOMMENDED method is, instead of blocking pop-ups, make the eStatements site an exception. In this case, pop-ups will still be blocked, but they will NOT be blocked from the eStatements site. To do this, open Internet Explorer, click “Tools” on the bar at the top of the screen, choose “Internet Options” on the resulting drop-down menu, click the “Privacy” tab on the window that opens, then click the “Settings” btton near the bottom of that window. In the small text area, type “www.bitstatement.org” (without the quotation marks) and click “Add”. Next, click “Close” at the bottom of that win
