I understand your frustration, however there are many reasons people do go into work even though they are sick – People have commitments, family to feed, rent to pay, if your off sick you often lose money not everyone is granted with sick pay – Believe it or not some people are scared to phone in sick due to how there boss may react when they come back to work, certain members of management can be very good at making you feel guilty for being off so your less likely to be off in the future (terrible I know if your sick your sick END OF) – just remember your boss also has a manager

Well it goes both ways, you come i sick and people complain, and you call off and people complain, as for infecting everybody, I work in an emergency room, and I take care of sick people everyday, and I have never gotten sick from them.
