Since the document is not a mail merge file, when you go to Admin > Correspondence > Setup to register the document, you’ll need to select Correspondence in the Document Type drop down and insert a check in the Literature box. Once the file is registered, the document will be selected when you select Correspondence in the Delivery Service window, then click the Lookup icon. Back to Top I use the Export icon on the CAPS Standard Toolbar (or press Ctrl+E) when a contact record is displayed, and the contact’s name and default e-mail address populate to the Delivery Service Window. However, I want to use the secondary e-mail address. Can I switch to use the secondary? Yes, you can. In the Delivery Service window, click the Lookup icon to the right of the e-mail field. The E-mail Selection screen will appear, in which you can select the e-mail address to use.
