It may be that your PowerPoint consists of many large images. Try compressing the images of your slides with PowerPoint to reduce the file size: Open PowerPoint presentation file Click File – Save As Click Tools from the upper right hand corner of “Save As” dialog box Select “Compress Pictures” Change Resolution to “Web/Screen (96dpi)”.
