Okay this actually has a simple solution. You are a visual learner. You do better by seeing things rather than a verbal person can hear something and pick up right off the bat. Alright what you do is you take a recorder in with you whereever you feel you will need it to listen to information about a patient. I have to do this in high school I am as well the same way as you. Then after that you can go get pen and paper and draw out what you hear on the recording or write it out whatever helps most. I have to do this in high school to understand all my subjects and it is the best solution ever. So good luck to you! I hope everything works out with the new solution.
