I have lumps on the back of my ear lobe
Most likely this is scarring due to the multiple piercing. It may also be a little type of core pimple.
If there is any kind of pain when touching or moving them, then please seek medical advice. It may be a small infection. Also, if there is any kind of drainage, you also need to have a doctor look at it.
Contact a dermatologist to take a look at it if it is giving you any kind of pain.
If not, then use plain rubbing alcohol daily to wipe behind your ears after showering.
Scar tissue doesn’t go away, but it will diminish some over time.
