You need to contact the Business Manager of your Responsibility Center (RC) to obtain copies of prior period reports. If they are unable to accommodate the request, they should contact Sharon Sobol, Financial Information Administration to request the copy. Only the direct recipient of the reports may request a copy of prior period reports. If the request is for a Grant account or an RDF account, the request should be directed to Research & Cost Accounting at (412) 624-6060. NOTE: Requests for payroll related activity should be directed to the Payroll Department. I need to begin or stop receiving Level Reports or need to add or delete accounts to or from my distribution. Complete the Level Report Distribution Correction form included with your Level Report packet to make any necessary changes to your distribution.
