I have registered in the login system for access to the free programs but cannot login. What is causing this?

If you do not complete the registration process to the point of selecting the free option your registration will not be activated and you will not be able to login. You must use a valid email address for your username or your account will not be activated. Accounts that are not active are deleted from the database.
