Yes, you will need to install Pilot Desktop before installing the Palm Accessor. Note: Make sure you have your original CD, or you will not be able to reinstall. You will need to uninstall and reinstall the programs in the following order: 1. Backup your data and uninstall Sidekick 98, TrueSync for Palm Pilot, and TrueSync Plus for REX using Windows Add/Remove Control Panel. 2. Install in this order: Pilot Desktop, Sidekick 98, and TrueSync Plus for REX It is important that TrueSync 2.5 from Sidekick 98 is not installed. When installing Sidekick 98 and you are prompted to install TrueSync for PalmPilot, be sure to click No.
