The Platform Cable USB II driver is not available with design tool versions prior to 10.1 and must be installed manually. For complete details on obtaining and installing USB cable drivers, see the USB Cable Installation Guide (UG344): http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/configuration_hardware.htm NOTE: Beginning with ISE Design Suite 10.1, the Platform Cable USB II driver can be installed automatically during the design tool installation.
