I installed the Intel 200 mhz Pentium Overdrive Processor with MMX Technology in my system, however, the bootup sequence still reports that my system has a 133 mhz chip. Is something wrong?

No, this is a result of the BIOS not being able to report the Overdrive chip. If you run the diagnostics utility supplied by Intel with the Overdrive chip, you should see the correct processor speed reported.
