thats a simple fix, take your ring to your jeweler and have them put “bishop balls” on the inside of the ring on the underside ( away from the stone) they will make the balls out of whatever metal your ring is and if done properly you wont feel them and it will help the ring fit better and it will keep the stone standing upright so no more spinning!

You can go to the jewellers and purchase a sizer that fits inside of the ring and it is gold so it won’t be noticed but makes the ring fit better and it won’t move around. They are fairly inexpensive. Also, you can just put this on yourself and take it off if your fingers get too swollen for some reason. They have small edges that just stick out on the sides so that you can wrap them around the ring.

You can either a spacer, which fits inside the band and make the ring fight snug ory ou can have a jeweler add on gold to the bottom of your ring to make it more square and heavy, then it will not spin. Don’t go down in size either, make sure the ring is the size that the jeweler thinks you should wear and just have him either add the gold on the bottom or put a spacer in. There are also little balls that they can solder in the bottom inside of your ring that will help as well.

Unfortunately, there’s probably not anything you can do about it. I have the same issue. My engagement ring is a size 4, and it spins like crazy. If it were any smaller, though, I wouldn’t be able to move it past my knuckle. I asked a jewelry repair expert, and he agreed – because of my knobby knuckles we can’t make the ring small enough not to spin and still be able to put it on. Choosing a different style ring really isn’t an option for me because my ring is a family heirloom (belonged to my late grandmother) and I want to use it for sentimental reasons. So…when my fiance and I went to pick out wedding bands, I chose a simple gold band that looks great with the engagement ring, but looks fine by itself. I don’t have to wear the engagement ring with it. I’ll probably opt to wear the wedding band all the time, but wear the engagement ring with it on special occasions. I’m a programmer, and the spinning ring drives me nuts while I’m working. Maybe you could find another style of ring

See a jeweller or the ones from whom the ring was purchased. The inside diameter of the ring may be able to be built up to help to stabilize the ring so it does not do this annoying whirl around the finger.
