That’s caused by a problem with your video card driver (a driver is the software that runs the video card.) This problem seems to occur only in some old video cards based on the TNT RIVA chipset. Check your video card manufacturer’s web site for an updated video card driver. That has fixed the problem for many other TraxTime users. (As a short-term fix, some users have reported that they can make the TraxTime punch button appear if they reduce their color display to 16 or 256 colors.
