I know that I have several user profiles configured in Netscape, but Im not being given the option to select a profile when I launch Netscape. Whats wrong?

I know that I have several user profiles configured in Netscape, but Im not being given the option to select a profile when I launch Netscape. Whats wrong?

There may already be a Netscape process running in the background. Select , , to open the Close Program dialog box. If you see Netscape in the list of open programs, select it and select End Task. Open the Close Program dialog box again and make sure that there are no other Netscape items listed. Select Cancel to close the dialog box. Launching Netscape should now allow you to select a user profile.
