This means your computer cannot access the HTH network. REBOOT THE COMPUTER. If you still cannot connect to network resources follow these steps: If it is a desktop computer, contact the IT office. DO NOT remove any plugs or cables from the computer. If it is a laptop, make sure the Wireless Radio is turned on (some models). Check the switch, there should be a green patch showing. If the radio is on, shut the system down and then restart. If you still cannot log on, come to the IT Department for assistance. Do NOT try to add the computer to a wireless network. The IT Department must configure the wireless network in order for it to work properly.
