First, you must make sure that you go through the Blastoff Mall to enter the Merchant’s store web site. If you go directly to the Merchant’s web site, e.g., OldNavy.com, you will not receive your Blastoff discount or your cash back reward. Second, when you make your purchase, make sure that the discount code shows up in your Merchant shopping cart. The amount shown factors in the Blastoff discount percentage. Second, depending on the Merchant from whom you made your purchase, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your My Rewards account to show the cash back reward as PENDING. Different Merchants report back on retail transactions at a different time intervals. Your cash back rewards will continue to show as PENDING until Blastoff receives the cash back from the Merchant, and is able to make payment to you via check.
