I noticed that although WT4I Log Checker fully supports most of the major contests, automatic scoring is not currently supported for some of the contests. Why and what are the limitations?
The scoring modules for some of contests are time consuming to develop and fully test. As time allows, the Cabrillo Tools team is constantly adding new modules. Rather than limiting the WT4I Log Checker to just the contests that are fully supported, it was decided that the program provided significant functionality without the scoring module. Without a scoring module, the log can still be checked for obvious typing errors and invalid call signs. The only major limitation is that the contest scoring summary is inactive.
