This error message indicates that “The USB Composite Device is a HI-SPEED USB device and will function at reduced speed when plugged into a non-HI SPEED port. There are no HI-SPEED USB host controllers installed on this computer.” This means that the computer you are using has a USB hub installed which is either not high speed or is not installed correctly. Use If possible, use another computer.
