I purchased SoundHound, then had to get a new Gmail account. Will I have to pay for SoundHound again?
We can refund your original purchase, but in order to do that, you will first need to purchase SoundHound again using your new e-mail address. After that charge has gone through, please send support@soundhound.com both purchase order numbers, properly labeled (ie: original e-mail, new e-mail) and we will give you a refund.
