Although the Residence halls are equipped with wireless access points they are maintained by the Jeff IT Services (Edison Bldg- 3rd Floor.) Please contact the JeffIT Help Desk online via a Scott Library terminal at jeffit.jefferson.edu or by telephone at 215-503-7600 to report any problems.
