I purchased your external DVR-109 drive and iDVD 5 does not recognize the dual-layer burning properties of the drive. Can this setup be used for the dual layer burning?

At this time, only Apple’s factory installed internal DVR-109 drives are supporting dual layer burning with iDVD. One note about dual layer burning though…those DVDs do not play in the regular DVD players of today.
