There can be a delay in viewing your cheque online as a result of processing delays that can be caused by the following: • If the cheque was made payable to an out – of – province payee, the image will not be available until 6:00pm on the business day following the date shown on the account history. • Cheque images are only processed on business days; cheques are not imaged on statutory holidays and weekends. As a result, for example, a cheque that cleared on Friday cannot be viewed on your Internet Banking until the next business day. Please contact your branch should an image continue to be unavailable through Internet Banking.
