I recently upgraded my web browser to Netscape 6.xx Suddenly, motion video from my KX-HCM10 freezes when I try to move the cameras pan-tilt feature. Why?

Panasonic is aware of this situation and we’ve mentioned it several times in the owner’s manual. The malfunction is related to a new method Netscape uses to implement the Active-X plug-in. Other IP cameras that also use the Active-X plugin are experiencing similar problems. Until a solution is available we suggest using Netscape v 4.7x or Microsoft Internet Explorer, v5.0 or newer.
