Yes. Take the unused by mail ballot, sealed in the identification envelope (dont sign the envelope) and surrender it to the precinct official. You can vote a regular ballot at the polls. If you dont have the ballot and id envelope to surrender then you will have to vote a provisional ballot at your polling place.
